Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive with strong communication and negotiation skills to drive business growth through lead conversion, client engagement, and sales pipeline management.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calls, emails, and inbound inquiries
  • Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions/products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in B2B or tech services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
